Whitedrake are increasingly active in the forward fund and forward commit property investment models. We are regularly assembling package deals with our reputable developer delivery partners and would be pleased to hear from organisations with the appetite and funds to be deployed in the affordable housing and/or single-family housing Build-To-Rent (BTR) sector. Our focus is on schemes of a minimum of 50 units, nationwide and providing a bespoke and personable service to our partners.
